One Overview of Melt Flow Rate Meter
The melt flow rate meter is used to measure the melt flow rate of various polymers in a viscous flow state. At a certain temperature and load, the mass or volume of the melt passing through a standard die every 10 minutes is represented by MFR or MVR. It is suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. with high melting temperatures, as well as for testing plastics such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, and polyoxymethylene resin with low melting temperatures. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industry, relevant universities, research units, and inspection departments. Meets the requirements of GB/T 3682 "Determination of mass flow rate and volume flow rate of thermoplastic melt" and ISO 1133 standards.
